Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, please keep checking back with us. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and can be seen in your shopping cart.

We do not ship internationally.

We do not require a signature on shipments. We will email you a tracking number after your order is shipped. Please be sure to track your package and make arrangements for someone to accept it upon delivery. This helps avoid lost packages, incorrect deliveries, and further problems.

Order Tracking
Please refer to your shipment confirmation email that is automatically generated once your order has left our warehouse.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Paypal. Shipments to Connecticut and New York are charged state sales tax. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. Shopping at is safe and secure. We use (SSL) encrypted technology to protect your information. We are the only ones who can view your information.

We want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any our non-apparel items, or if you received the wrong item or you received defective merchandise, send it back within 14 days.

Each apparel item we produce is made one at a time. Please read the size chart carefully so that you can be assured it will fit you. We can only accept returns for product that is defective or is a different size or product than what you ordered.

French Bull must approve all returns; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

If you wish to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service. The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue date.

Please do not ship any product back until your Return is approved by French Bull and you are issued a RMA number.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Make sure to write down the tracking number for your reference and to get a proof of pick-up to insure that the package was properly received. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for the product(s) or merchandise exchange when returned within 2 weeks of the date the order was received. Merchandise returned more than 2 weeks after the receive date will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Receipts and original packaging must accompany all returns for refunds to be issues. Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition.

Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase only; we are not able to refund shipping and handling charges.

If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 14 days of receipt, credit or replacements will only be issued depending on the management's consideration.

Please allow 5-7 business days for ONLINE refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

IMPORTANT: Please pack product as carefully as it was when you received it. Please keep your tracking on returns, as you are responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
